1. Ordering

Ordering via web shop

Ordering is simple and easy.

  1. Go to our shop and find the product you want to order.
  2. Indicate how many times you want to order the product and click on the [add to basket] button.
  3. Go to your shopping basket and click on [checkout/payment].
  4. Choose your favourite payment method and pay.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your payment receipt and a link to track your order.

Order by email

Email your order to support@sensorandsafety.com.

The e-mail can also be used for special requests or special prices for large quantities. This allows us to enter you order after we have received an official order and approval.

Will I get a confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will always receive an order confirmation e-mail. In it you will find your order number, the code to track your order and the payment summary.

Have you placed an order but not received an e-mail? Please contact us at support@sensorandsafety.com.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take back shipped products. Once the products have left our warehouse they cannot be returned or cancelled.

Can I still cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped, you can still cancel it. Please contact us at support@sensorandsafety.com.

If your order has already been prepared for shipment or is already on its way, unfortunately we can no longer cancel it.

2. Products

How long do I have warranty on my order?

The warranty period varies from product to product and the warranty periods of various parts of a specific product may also be different.

Help! My product is broken. How can I solve this?

Did your product arrived damaged or broken? Of course we find that very annoying.

  1. Take photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  2. Send an e-mail with your order number and a description of the damaged items to support@sensorandsafety.com. Also attach the photos to this e-mail.
  3. We will contact you to deal with this.
  4. Do not simply return your product if it is damaged. We can then no longer check where it went wrong.

Shipping costs

Free shipping from €500.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free delivery. Shipping costs depend on the delivery address (country).

Zone 1 = €20,00
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands) and Sweden.

Zone 2 = €24.95
Denmark (excl. Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal (incl. Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic.

Zone 3 = €29.95
Albania, Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Channel Islands, Croatia, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City and Belarus.

All prices mentioned are excluding VAT.

Extra Shipping costs for Lengths larger than 1200mm or Boxes heavier than 20kg

When the box of the requested product is bigger than 1200mm or have a weight of more than 20kg we are obliged to charge for additional costs. These costs are different for each shipping zone. These costs will be indicated at the corresponding products.

International deliveries

We are only delivering to the countries of the European Union because of the import duties.

We cannot accept deliveries to America, Asia, Africa and Oceania, Great-Britain and Switzerland.

Track and trace

After shipping your order, you will receive the track & trace number for tracking your shipment by e-mail.

Delivery time

When items are in stock, delivery (on working days) will take place within 24 hours after placing your order. For items not directly in stock, the delivery time averages 7-14 working days. The delivery time depends on the shipping address. Below is an overview with the expected shipping time:

1-2 working days:
Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.

2-3 working days:
Corsica, Denmark, Germany, Faroe Islands, France, Greenland, Monaco and Switzerland.

3-4 working days:
Andorra, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Austria and Sweden.

3-5 working days:
Finland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Spain (excluding Canary Islands) and Czech Republic.

4-6 working days:
Estonia, Gibraltar, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Madeira, Portugal and Slovenia.

5-7 working days:
Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Channel Islands, Malta, Romania, San Marino and Vatican City.

8-12 working days:
Bosnia-Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Croatia, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Ukraine, Serbia, Turkey and Belarus.

# Delivery date confirmation

Sensorandsafetyshop.com always confirms the expected delivery date in the order confirmation, which you will receive by e-mail within 24 hours after placing your order.

4. Payments

How can I pay?

  1. Go to our shop and find the product you want to order.
  2. Indicate how many times you want to order the product and click the [add to basket] button.
  3. Go to your shopping basket and click on [checkout/payment].
  4. Choose your favorite payment method, follow the steps and check out.

Was my payment successful?

Have you received a confirmation e-mail? Then your payment was successful and we have received your order.

Did you not receive a confirmation e-mail? First check whether the payment went through and try again if necessary.

Did you make the payment but did not receive a confirmation e-mail? Please contact our customer service department via support@sensorandsafety.com.

5. Discounts

Do you offer discounts? Can I get a discount?

Yes, of course we also give discounts and promotions from time to time. Only we don’t tell you in advance when. When we have a promotion, you can find it on our homepage. And you will also see it mentioned in our shop.

If you have a request for large quantities, you can always send an e-mail with the quantities and correct articles. That way, we can look into it and offer a matching discount.
